Phase II: Online, self-paced Mission Specific Training.
Phase III: Onsite in person training.
This blended approach will allow each Center to become proficient with Sim3 and the new Sim3 missions as well as serve as an excellent tool to use in the future for staff training.
Your training timeline looks like this.
Once you have purchased Sim3, we will send you a server and a 21st century/Sim3 compatible probe. When you have received it two staff members (minimum) will guide themselves through the SIm3 Software Training. You will also have access to a mini mission for Sim3 testing purposes.
When you have successfully completed Sim3 Software Training you will receive any mission content you have purchased. This includes things like physical labs. Once this has been installed you will go through your Mission Specific Training.
Once your Mission specific training has been completed, Challenger Headquarters will arrange a time with your Center to send a Mission Training Specialist down to your Center for your staff training. This training will last two days for centers flying 21st Century missions and 3 days for brand new Centers.
